Frozen nose hairs...

I'm sitting here watching The Cape and thinking that I haven't updated in some time. So I installed a blogger app on my phone.

Since my sinus sugery I've been breathing a hell of a lot better. Been sleeping better, deeper too.

The diabetes seems to be coming under control. It took a bit to figure out how my eating habits affected my glucose levels but now I'm in the proper zone. Before breakfast it should be between 4 and 7, I've been hovering around 6.5ish. Two hours after dinner it should be between 7 and 10. I'm floating between 6 and 8! In March I go for more bloodwork to check my glucose and cholesterol levels.

I picked up a home traction kit for my neck. Can't wait for the effects to kick in. Get rid of this almost constant headache, sore neck and shoulder.

I was invited to my niece's first birthday... Mother's having us overnight at her place. I'm not too keen on it. She has 3 cats and I'm allergic. Sigh. Should be intersting no matter what.
